Terms of service

Welcome to Nuvrey. These terms apply to every visit to and purchase from nuvrey.myshopify.com (the "Site"), operated by Nuvrey ("we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order you agree to them, together with our Shipping policy, Return and refund policy and Privacy policy, which form part of these terms.

1. Who can shop

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. We currently ship within the United States only.

2. Products and pricing

All prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping, which is shown at checkout. We take care to describe and price products accurately, but errors can happen. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full, and we will tell you if we do. Product images are for illustration; shades and packaging may vary slightly from what appears on your screen.

3. Orders and payment

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation, not when you receive the order acknowledgement. Payment is taken at the time of order through the payment methods offered at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, where stock is unavailable, or where the quantities ordered exceed what we can reasonably supply to one customer.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery times, shipping charges and our free-shipping threshold are set out in our Shipping policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and refund policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Authenticity

Every product sold on Nuvrey is genuine and stocked by us. Brand names, logos and product names belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products we sell; their use does not imply endorsement of Nuvrey by those brands.

6. Using beauty products safely

Information on the Site is provided for general guidance and is not medical advice. Read each product's packaging before use, patch-test new products where the brand recommends it, and stop using a product if irritation occurs. If you have a skin condition, allergy or are pregnant or breastfeeding, check with a healthcare professional first. Our Beauty Finder offers general suggestions only and is not a diagnosis.

7. Your account and conduct

If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. You agree not to use the Site for anything unlawful, to interfere with its operation, or to copy or scrape its content for commercial purposes.

8. Content you share

If you submit a review, comment or other content, you confirm it is your own, that it is not misleading or offensive, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in connection with the Site. We may remove content at our discretion.

9. Our content

The Site's design, text, photography and other original content belong to Nuvrey and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law. Subject to that, our liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. We do not guarantee that the Site will be available without interruption or error.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the Site when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be brought in the courts located in New York.
